The Urban League of Greater Richmond’s objective is to be an advocate for All under-served American Citizens residing in metropolitan Richmond and Petersburg, Virginia. Our goals are to continue strengthening current programs and expand according to community needs. As the community determines service gaps, the Urban League will coordinate efforts to fill those gaps.
With limited financial resources, the Urban League is moving forward in making a positive difference in the lives of many of our citizens. Our focus is on increasing memberships, promote community involvement and identify additional financial resources to maximize the delivery of needed program services.
